Biography

Dr. Harbach is originally from Sioux City, Iowa. Thus far, some highlights in his career have been serving as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Navy for over 11 years and being the primary developer of the multidisciplinary Spine Center for St. John’s Health System in Missouri, where he was their first medical director.  Dr. Harbach’s hobbies include almost any outdoor activity and traveling.  In addition, he enjoys playing tennis and has a passion for farming and ranching.  Dr. Harbach is looking forward to reconnecting with extended family with his return to Iowa.
