Chase

Chase is originally from Traer, Iowa, where his early experiences with sports and athletics played a major role in shaping his career path. After sustaining multiple sports-related injuries, Chase saw firsthand the impact physical therapy can have on recovery, wellness, and quality of life. These experiences, combined with his passion for helping others, inspired him to pursue a career in physical therapy.

As a clinician, Chase is dedicated to providing personalized care and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. He values building strong relationships with those he treats and takes pride in helping individuals return to the activities they love.

Outside of the clinic, Chase enjoys staying active through pickleball, running, and spending time with family and friends.
