Jared

Jared Brostad grew up in Storm Lake, Iowa, where his journey into physical therapy began with his own experience as a high school athlete. After dealing with knee issues and various musculoskeletal injuries, Jared received skilled physical therapy care that allowed him to return to competing in track, cross country, baseball, and basketball. Inspired by the impact his therapists had on his recovery, he pursued a career in physical therapy to provide others with the same level of care and support.

Jared is passionate about educating and guiding patients through their rehabilitation. He focuses on teaching anatomy, physiology, proper body mechanics, posture, and ergonomics to both treat and prevent injury. His goal is to help individuals reduce pain and regain function so they can return to the activities they enjoy most.

Outside of the clinic, Jared values time with his wife and children and loves attending his daughters’ dance, choir, and band performances. He also enjoys bicycling, photography, astronomy, traveling, and unwinding with a good book or a great movie. A devoted movie aficionado, Jared proudly maintains an extensive film collection.
