About Paige
Paige Goff, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in orthopedic foot and ankle care. A native of Ozark, Missouri, she completed her undergraduate studies at Southwest Baptist University, earned her Physician Assistant degree from Missouri State University, and completed an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Fellowship at the University of Missouri.
Paige was drawn to orthopedics by the unique balance of simplicity and complexity in the human body. She finds it deeply rewarding to help patients regain function and return to the activities they enjoy.
Her patient care philosophy centers on treating others the way she would want to be treated. She emphasizes listening, clear communication, and patient involvement in decision-making—key components to building trust and achieving better outcomes.
Outside of work, Paige stays active and once played semi-professional soccer in Sweden—a fun chapter of her post-college life.
